HCRS exists to foster belonging, personal growth, independence, and quality of life with people with an intellectual disability or mental illness.
We have been celebrating abilities, creating opportunities, and building inclusion in Pictou County since 1977. To mark our 40th Anniversary, we are hosting “A Day in the Life of HCRS” photo exhibit, featuring the photography of Christine Whelan- Hachey of Wonkyeye Photography.
